At andar Singapore, we want to ensure your activewear fits perfectly and supports your performance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return and exchange window for all items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached before placing them back in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the parcel at any designated NinjaVan point, or schedule a doorstep collection through our portal.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
